In my "happy path" journey map, I define three different key moments where Scobisim can attract attention from the public.

The first moment is when they first discover Kombucha ads in Instagram. This ads in aiming for people who don't know what kombucha is. The ScobimLove is trying to attract users by promoting kombucha's health benefit.
